Uploading Funding Conditions
Once the loan docs have been received, the Escrow Agent and Processor will receive an email with the loan approval, listing all the outstanding conditions within our designated turn times. Submitting all the conditions at once will expedite funding review.
Upload your conditions under the Broker Upload folder as Doc Type, Funding Conditions.

Requesting Funding Review
After the required documents are uploaded, you can request funding review by resolving the task, Submit: Funding Conditions Ready for Review on the Tasks tab.
Note: We are not automatically notified when these documents are uploaded. You must resolve a task to request Funding Condition review.

Once all PTF conditions have been cleared, your loan status will change to Funded, and your loan will be scheduled for wiring. This process normally occurs on the same day if conditions are received prior to 10AM, or the following day otherwise.
Congratulations – Your loan has been successfully funded!
