Requesting an FHA Case Number

The Process

An FHA Case Number is required prior to submission. After registration, you can request for the creation or retrieval of an existing FHA Case Number.

Upload FHA Case Request Documents

Once your loan is registered, you will need to upload the signed and dated 1003 under the Broker Upload folder as Doc Type, TRID Loan Estimate Docs.

IMPORTANT: You do not need to upload the signed and dated 1003 if it has already been uploaded to request Loan Estimate.

You will also need to upload a complete FHA Case Request Form under the Broker Upload folder as Doc Type, FHA Case Request. You can find our FHA Case Request form HERE.

To learn more, please read Uploading your Loan Docs.

Request FHA Case Number

After the required documents are uploaded, you can request an FHA Case Number by resolving the task, Submit: FHA Case Request on the Tasks tab.

Note: We are not automatically notified when these documents are uploaded.

To learn more about this process, please read Resolving Tasks.
